Exchange or Store Credit

If your purchase is not perfect for you, we want to make it right! Our online return policy does differ from our in-store policy so please read the following carefully:

We offer exchange or store credit for online orders. The item(s) must be returned or mailed to the store at: 2184 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S 1N3. The return must be completed within 14 days of the item being received.

All items must be in their original condition; unworn, all original tags attached in their original placement. All footwear must me unworn and in the original box.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Sale items and jewellery are FINAL SALE.
